Breitling introduces new Chronoliner aviation watch

Today, Breitling announced a new chronograph with a second time zone display, made for pilots. The Chronoliner features a base Swiss movement that has a chronograph and a 24-hour second time zone display. The movement is housed in a large 46 mm diameter steel case with a black ceramic bi-directional rotating bezel.

The chronograph can count with 1/4th second accuracy and has 30-minute and 12-hour counters. The 2nd time zone is indicated by an additional center hand that is distinguished by a red tip. (Editor’s note: You can also track a 3rd time zone by using the 24-hour bezel.)

The sapphire crystal is convex and glare proofed on both sides. Water-resistance is 100 meters and in comes on either a steel mesh (shown) or a Navitimer bracelet.
