Officine Panerai has just announced Special Edition watches to celebrate their newest North American boutiques in Bal Harbour, La Jolla, Palm Beach and Las Vegas. The first 2012 Boutique Special Edition piece will be the Luminor Marina – 44 mm (shown) with a unique engraved city scene case back for each respective city. “The Bal Harbour and Palm Beach case backs feature recognizable engravings of palm tree-accented avenues and skylines, and the La Jolla models showcase the city’s famous rocky cove. The Las Vegas Special Edition pieces will follow later this year, featuring the iconic “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign and celebrating the recently opened Las Vegas, NV boutique in The Forum Shops at Caesars.”

Panerai will also release a Special Edition Radiomir 10 Days GMT – 47 mm in polished steel. “The Luminor 1950 10 Days GMT Oro Rosso (red gold) 2012 Special Edition timepieces will also depict the engraved images on the case backs for each boutique and are expected to deliver this fall. This Boutique Special Edition red gold series will be dedicated exclusively to the U.S. retail markets of Bal Harbour, Palm Beach and Las Vegas.”
