Last Wednesday, Patek Philippe celebrated their 175th Anniversary in style at the famous Rainbow Room, atop 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The Rainbow Room is one of New York’s most iconic and historic venues. And accordingly, the lavish and ultra-exclusive party was attended by editors and journalists from the country’s best lifestyle, fashion and watch publications.
Patek Philippe’s US President, Larry Pettinelli, and International CEO, Thierry Stern, both gave speeches, prior to a viewing the 10-minute Grandmaster Chime Video. It took 7 years of development and is the brand’s most complicated timepiece ever, and so fittingly, it was the de facto star of the show.
In addition to the Grandmaster Chime, the entire 175th Commemorative collection, including the new Multi-Scale Chronograph and Worldtimer, were also on display.
